We Made PIckles!
I think the title kinda gives this one away, but Joe and I made pickles the other day. I have a bunch of dill growing and the best possible use for it seemed to be making my own dill pickles. And luckily enough the jars all sealed! Now I just have to wait 8 weeks before I get them...grrrr.............

Man, I have been SLACKING on responding to your posts! I hate not having internet at my place. I love that you made pickles. I've yet to try any canning, though it may be a fun project later this summer (what's left of summer anyway).
I just uploaded a ton of posts, so it may keep you busy for awhile. Miss you! Keep up the great work and have fun with your family in town!
